I had a really good time at this place. The location was very convenient with a pedestrian street that offered many choices for food and drinks. The reception service impressed me with prompt and professional attention. The staff showed cheerfulness and friendliness throughout my stay. Made a positive impact. The breakfast buffet was a great start to my days.
The phone in my room did not work. That was a slight inconvenience. Despite my attempts to get it fixed, the problem remained unresolved. I hope they address this issue .

i received an email prior to arrival asking how to. i mentioned my girlfriend's birthday. the staff delivered balloons and a brownie to the room. camilla at the front desk was helpful. she spent time helping us buy train tickets.
